Mark G Smith – Chair

Mark has extensive experience in senior roles including marketing with Unilever and Uncle Toby's. Director of Toll Holding Ltd since 1 July 2007. Non-Executive Director of GUD Holdings Ltd since May 2009. Managing Director of Cadbury Schweppes Australia and New Zealand  from 2003 to 2007. Former Managing Director of Confectionery Aust & NZ and prior to that, three years as Director of Marketing for Cadbury Trebor Basset in the UK and senior positions in Cadbury Schweppes' North American and Australian operations. Mark is also a Member of the Australian Marketing Institute Advisory Board, Chairman of SIFE Australia Ltd (Students in Free Enterprise) and Chairman of the Great Australian Run Ltd. 

Peter W Jess – Treasurer

Chartered Accountant CPA

Peter was a founding member of the Foundation and is currently Treasurer. Peter is the principal of PJA Accountants.  Peter is Treasurer for the Liptember Foundation, Sports Health Check Foundation and Art Engine.  He is also a Director of the Indigenous Sports Network Pty Ltd and Image Sportivo Internationale Pty Ltd.

Dr Peter Spitzer – Medical Director

Peter was a founding member of the Foundation and is currently the Medical Director. 

Damien Meredith

Damien is Director of Sales of Hyundai Motor Company Australia.  Damien is also a Director of D. Meredith Pty Ltd.

David Pettigrew

David owns and manages Nourish NFP, an NGO consulting business.  His most recent appointment was at ChildFund Australia, an International NGO that runs child sponsorship programs.

Tristan Wills

Tristan is the Executive General Manager Corporate Sustainability, Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
