The Humour Foundation is a company limited by guarantee. The company is a not-for-profit organisation and is an income tax exempt charity, with deductible gift recipient status.

The Humour Foundation's management reflects best practice in corporate governance. The Humour Foundation Board and executive team are committed to the highest level of ethics in management and governance, ensuring full transparency and accountability at all times and compliance with our values. The Humour Foundation's non-executive directors do not receive any fees.
